PCB Design
Almancx provides comprehensive printed circuit board design and services from concept to production to fulfill customer requirements. With our professional staff, cutting-edge design software and know-how, we can complete tasks in a short period of time. To guarantee meeting our customer’s design requirements, our designers employ a documentation approach that allows both the designer and the client to keep track of the progress during each stage of the design procedure.
PCB Fabrication
Almancx offers all types of PCB which consists of: Rigid, Rigid-Flex, and Flex.
We work with our manufacturing partners in China and Korea to provide Commercial PCB, Specialty PCB, and Complex PCB. We support a variety of board thickness and finishes such HASL, ENIG, Hard Gold, and other specialized finishes.
All layer checks are thoroughly performed by our manufacturing partners using AOI. Furthermore, all our finish boards are 100% electrically tested for “Open and Short”.

Full Assembly
Keeping “Total Solutions” in mind, we provide final assembly services to install components for PCB board using parts supplied by the client after the PCB design and production is completed.
We can also provide a full turn-key solution by sourcing and supplying the entire Bill of Material (BOM) from the customer.
In the event of the component end-of-life (EOL) or in light of us being unable to support a specific component, our engineers will source and identify equivalent alternatives for the client’s review, assessment, and approval.
